Mr, Frank Ramos was born and raised in Northern California.
After high school, he worked in structural manufacturing for 11 years and became a certified welder. He obtained an Associate of Science Degree from Sacramento City College, Teaching Credential from UC Berkeley, Bachelor in Vocational Education from CSUS, Master of Art in Education from CSUS, and a Counseling Credential from Chapman College.
Mr. Ramos then worked as a professor of Welding Technology at American River College, in Sacramento, Ca for 36 years. He served as department Chair for 30 years. He developed curriculum for the Associate Degree program in Welding Technology and articulation programs for California State University.
Mr. Ramos has welding certifications in SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, GMAW, SAW to AWS D1,1, D1.5, D1.4, D1.3, D1.6 and ASME IX Standards. Mr. Ramos is also a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and a Certified Welding Educator (CWE).
Presently, Mr. Ramos owns and runs ARWCI. This business offers mobile and on-site certifications on major arc welding processes. His ATF facility offers welders an opportunity to become AWS certified in accordance to AWS, ASME IX, and API standards.
Welding Certification is a professional decision that proves to potential employers that an individual has proven skills, abilities, and knowledge when it comes to welding.
